Byron Marshall is looking forward to playing within a system that has been churning out top running backs.
Marshall says that he has the tools to replace the departed LaMichael James. While that's fine, he will be battling to see action in a backfield that includes Kenjon Barner and De'Anthony Thomas. You can't blame Marshall for his enthusiasm, though. After all, he has seen numerous running backs in recent seasons achieve plenty of success in Oregon's spread attack - and he wants to join the party.
